It is simple to create a custom exercise, tap \u2018Create\u2019 in the top right-hand corner of the exercise screen, then add all the details (name, type, equipment, and muscles) and add a picture if desired.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Connect with the Supportive Community<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hevy app has a very supportive fitness community!
