The Hevy app contains many graphs and statistics informing you of your progress. Get notified when you have achieved a personal best in weight or number of reps.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Create Custom Exercises&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating custom exercises on a workout logger is essential because you should be able to log all exercises\/activities to get accurate data.
