What is HevyGPT?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

HevyGPT<\/a> is a custom GPT connected to Hevy. It lets you generate tailored workout programs from ChatGPT prompts and import them into your Hevy profile in seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Use HevyGPT on iOS (Step-by-Step)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Have Hevy and the ChatGPT Apps Installed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Log in to your Hevy app and ChatGPT accounts. You don’t need Hevy Pro<\/a> to use this feature, but<\/em> you won’t be able to import a training plan from ChatGPT if it includes more than four<\/span> routines (or unique workouts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Enable the ChatGPT Integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open Hevy and navigate to Profile<\/strong> > Settings<\/strong> (gear icon on the top right) > Integrations<\/strong>. Tap \u2018Connect,’ and you’ll be taken to ChatGPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Write a Prompt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Explain what type of program you want and be as detailed as you\u2019d like. You can also use one of the pre-written prompts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Save the Program to Hevy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re happy with the program, ask ChatGPT to save it to your Hevy profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(You may be asked to log into hevy.com<\/a> with your Hevy app credentials.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once done, ChatGPT will let you know:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Open Hevy and Start Training<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the Workout<\/strong> tab and find your new program in a separate folder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may need to pull down to refresh or close and reopen Hevy if you don\u2019t see the new folder right away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HevyGPT on Desktop (The Only Option on Android)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can also complete the above process on desktop with only the Hevy app installed on your phone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open HevyGPT<\/a> and prompt it to create a workout plan for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be asked to grant ChatGPT access to your Hevy app account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
