How to Share Them on Social Media<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can share any of these on social media\u2013\u2013for example, on Instagram stories. Navigate to the screen you want to share, tap Stories<\/strong>, and share. Don\u2019t forget to tag @hevyapp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap More<\/strong> if you want to share the image elsewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also share a workout clip or selfie<\/a> along with<\/em> your workout data. To do that, tap the Background<\/strong> icon on the bottom left to select the type of background you want for the image (light, dark, or transparent), tap More<\/strong>, and choose Save Image<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, go to social media (e.g., Instagram), add a new photo or video to a story or a post, and select an additional asset to add (Overlay). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
