You can visit their profiles, tap to follow them, or remove them from your list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To turn off the suggested athlete carousel, navigate to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Profile<\/strong> tab > gear icon<\/strong> on the top right > Privacy & Social<\/strong> under Preferences<\/strong> > Hide Suggested Users<\/strong> > toggle switch on<\/p>\n\n\n\n Learn more about the content feed, search field, and Invite a Friend<\/strong> option here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tap the grey Home<\/strong> button at the top left while in the Home<\/strong> tab and switch to Discover<\/strong> to see recent workouts from people you don\u2019t follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tap on any workout to open it and see all the details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Also, open any athlete\u2019s profile to see their activity and stats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Below the blue Follow<\/strong> button, you can see which of your friends also follow that person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you open a user\u2019s workout, you can tap the three dots on the top right to reveal additional options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The same option is available when you open another user\u2019s workout in the Home<\/strong> feed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Read more about the discovery feed and how it works here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can tap any workout in the Home<\/strong> and Discover<\/strong> feed, as well as while looking through a user\u2019s profile, to open it for more details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n You can see the muscle split, number and type of sets<\/a>, exercises, weight, reps, RPE<\/a> (if logged), duration, personal records, and the user’s <\/strong>exercise notes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Tap on any exercise in the workout to see an overview and compare your performance to the other user\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thanks to the ability to save other users\u2019 workouts as routines and copy them (which we discussed in the previous section), Hevy provides countless training ideas that you can easily import into your profile and adapt to your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Learn about other Hevy users\u2019 workouts<\/a> and all the available options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can access other users\u2019 profiles in many ways, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Open another user\u2019s profile to see their bio, the number of workouts, followers, and people followed, week-to-week activity on a graph, and uploaded photos and videos. Scroll through their media and tap on an image or video to see the corresponding workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Below their activity graph, you can tap Compare<\/strong> to see your stats side-by-side. These include your muscle split, number of workouts, time spent training, volume, and movements in common. We\u2019ll discuss this feature in the next point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Next, you can access the user\u2019s saved routines, tap on any for details, and save the ones you like to your profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Finally, you can scroll through the athlete\u2019s recent workouts and tap on any to see the full details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If someone has a private profile, you will need to send a follow request and be accepted to access all the information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To set your<\/em> profile to private, navigate to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Profile<\/strong> tab > gear icon<\/strong> on the top right > Privacy & Social<\/strong> > Private Profile<\/strong> > toggle on<\/p>\n\n\n\n Learn about other Hevy user profile features and FAQs here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hevy allows you to compare your exercise performance and workout stats<\/a> (total workouts, training volume distribution displayed on a chart, overall training volume, and time spent training) with those of other users. <\/p>\n\n\n\n To access all the data, visit another user\u2019s profile, tap Compare<\/strong>, and select to display information from the last 30 days, three months, year, or all time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under Exercises in Common<\/strong>, you can tap on any available movement to compare your performance to the other user.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition to comparing your performance with individual users, Hevy\u2019s leaderboards<\/a> rank your best lift on 38 exercises against your friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Access leaderboards by navigating to the Profile<\/strong> tab, selecting Statistics<\/strong>, and scrolling down to Leaderboard Exercises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Browse the activities and tap on any of them to see how you rank among your friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For more details, tap on any person\u2019s best performance to see the workout where they got their record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hevy allows you to import<\/a>, copy<\/a>, and create<\/a> routines (reusable workout templates) and organize them in folders. You can also share individual routines or entire folders<\/a> outside Hevy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n To share a routine, navigate to the Workout<\/strong> tab and tap the three dots > Share Routine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This allows you to share the routine outside of Hevy. For example, you can generate a link that you can post anywhere, including in a private chat with a friend. When someone clicks on the link, they are taken to the specific routine in hevy.com (here\u2019s a sample<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Folder sharing works the same. Tap the three dots next to a folder and select Share Folder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can share it outside Hevy and<\/em> generate an image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n One neat option is to create a folder for a training plan, generate an image, and post it on a forum (such as Hevy\u2019s subreddit<\/a>) for feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can upload media to any workout before saving it to your profile. To do that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 1:<\/strong> Log a workout in Hevy (read more about the process here<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 2:<\/strong> Tap the blue Finish<\/strong> button on the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 3: <\/strong>Tap the Add a photo \/ video<\/strong> text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can upload three photos or two photos and a video, and tap and drag to rearrange them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 4:<\/strong> Tap the blue Save<\/strong> button at the top right to save the session and media to your profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Every Hevy user can see your uploaded media if your profile is public.
