Tap the blue <strong>Follow<\/strong> button to follow them and see which of your friends also follow that person. You can also tap the <strong>+ Follow<\/strong> text on the top right (in the <strong>Discover<\/strong> feed) without opening users\u2019 workouts or profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the user logs Hevy workouts on a smartwatch with WatchOS or WearOS, the app will display a heart rate graph, average heart rate, and calories burned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hevyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-8676-8677-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13763\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hevyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-8676-8677-1024x683.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.hevyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-8676-8677-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.hevyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-8676-8677-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/www.hevyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-8676-8677.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Like in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hevyapp.com\/features\/content-feed\/\">home feed<\/a>, you can open users\u2019 workouts and tap the three dots on the top right for additional options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Save as Routine<\/strong> &#8211; save the specific workout as a reusable template (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hevyapp.com\/features\/gym-routines\/\">routine<\/a>). Once saved, you can find the routine in the <strong>Workout<\/strong> tab.<\/li><li><strong>Copy Workout<\/strong> &#8211; start a new live session with the same details, and the stopwatch on the top left tracks the duration.
