href=\"https:\/\/www.hevyapp.com\/features\/workout-set-types\/\">set types<\/a>, exercises, reps, weight, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hevyapp.com\/features\/how-to-calculate-rpe\/\">RPE<\/a>, duration, personal records (if any), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hevyapp.com\/features\/exercise-notes\/\">notes<\/a> the user has written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
