How to Upload Progress Photos to Hevy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the Profile<\/strong> tab and tap the grey Measures<\/strong> button. Tap the + icon on the top right to record a new entry. Select Add Picture<\/strong> near the top to take a photo or upload an existing one from your library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you add a photo, you can log additional information like your body weight, body fat, and circumference measurements<\/a> or leave the other fields empty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap Save<\/strong> on the top right. Your progress photos will appear at the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select See All<\/strong> at the top right to browse your progress photo library. Each photo will be displayed along with the date you uploaded it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap on any photo to reveal additional options, such as to position it side-by-side with another photo in your library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below, you can also tap Share<\/strong> to generate a shareable image for social media or elsewhere outside Hevy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also tap the three dots on the top right to edit the progress photo (or replace it) and the entry it\u2019s part of. This lets you update other details like weight, body fat percentage, and circumferences. You can also delete the photo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Take Progress Photos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  • Take progress photos of your front, side, and back<\/li>
  • You can be relaxed or flexed but use the same poses each time<\/li>
  • Place your phone on a desk, chair, or stand, ideally at torso level; no selfies<\/li>
  • Take your photos in the same conditions each time (time of day, the camera you use, the lighting, and the angle)<\/li>
  • Take photos yourself; don\u2019t depend on another person<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    How Often to Take Progress Photos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You can experiment with the frequency, but we recommend taking a set of photos every four to five weeks.
