What it is<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As its name suggests, the live personal record notification (or live PR) instantly lets you know when you\u2019ve achieved a new best 1RM, heaviest weight lifted for multiple reps, set volume, most reps, or duration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enable it by navigating to the workout settings<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Profile<\/strong> tab > gear icon<\/strong> (top right) > Workouts<\/strong> (under Preferences<\/strong>) > Live Personal Record Notification<\/strong> > enable via the toggle button<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How it Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our live PR feature is designed to be intuitive, so you don\u2019t need to do anything beyond training hard and logging your sets as you do them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you exceed a previous best performance<\/a> and mark a set as complete, you\u2019re presented with a banner, and your new PR is saved for the workout. You can later examine individual workouts<\/a> and see your past PRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
